Fighting Styles!

haolin Fighting styles are well known for its wei chia (internal) and nei chia (external) principles of kung fu. It utilizes explosive yet fluent hand and foot techniques and incorporates the five animal system (Tiger, Leopard, Snake, Dragon, Crane) as well as the peripheral styles such as monkey, mantis and drunken.

 

Wu Shu Kung Fu


There are many different styles and forsma in Wushu. Weapons are a large part of Wushu with the primary weaponsof use being the Broadsword, Straightsword, Staff and Spear. Wushu is practiced for its method of achieving health, self-defense skills, mental discipline, recreational pursuit and competition. Wushu is the most exciting martial art tobe seen, felt and practiced

 



Tiger Style

The word “Shaolin” refers to a school, not a style or technique as it is so often mistaken. Roughly translated it means “young woods”. “Wushu” simply means martial art and “Kung Fu” is loosely translated as hard work. The Academy name, therefore, means “Hard work in the martial arts school”.

Leopard Style

“The Academy will always be operated with quality instruction, respect, commitment and strong values.”
